Jet Kordo’s Legacy in Star Wars Outlaws – Complete Outlaw Legends Guide

In Star Wars Outlaws, you’ll venture to various distant locations, often in search of valuable loot and materials. One intriguing thread to follow involves a botched heist that left the captain and crew’s vaults hidden, with only a few clues left behind. Here’s how to complete Jet Kordo’s Legacy in Star Wars Outlaws.

How to Complete Jet Kordo’s Legacy in Star Wars Outlaws – Outlaw Legends Guide

The Jet Kordo’s Legacy quest is part of the broader Outlaw Legends storyline. Here’s how to get started:

  • Advance through the campaign until you finish The Wreck mission.
  • After returning to the Trailblazer, work on building ND-5’s blaster configuration.
  • Next, head to the counter in the adjacent room and interact with the device. A cutscene will trigger, where ND-5 mentions that the item is a Holotracker, once owned by Jet Kordo, the former captain of the Trailblazer.

How to Use the Holotracker

To activate the Holotracker in Star Wars Outlaws, open your item/tool wheel and choose it from the available options. This will project a hologram displaying a specific landmark—a rocky hill with a slightly triangular peak and a tower topped with a red marker.

Where to Locate the Landmark Shown by the Holotracker

The map above highlights the location of the initial landmark for the Jet Kordo’s Legacy quest in Star Wars Outlaws. You’ll find it directly east of the Jaunta’s Hope settlement, near Typhon’s Rock.

Navigating Typhon’s Rock and Finding the Marker

Head to the specified location and look for any rough markings on the walls indicating climbable surfaces. Follow these ledges until you reach a solitary tower at the base of Typhon’s Rock. Near the cliffside, you should spot a stone with an etched symbol that you can interact with.

Kay will then use the Holotracker. Facing the path ahead, which features a short, tunnel-like opening, listen for a beeping sound. As you proceed through the area, pay attention to the beeping—if it speeds up, you’re getting closer to your destination.

Jet Kordo’s Vault Rewards

In the underground chamber, you’ll come across a large rock formation at its base. Keep an ear out for the beeping sound and examine the sides of the cavern. Look for a small keycard reader mounted on a rock. Interact with it to insert the holodisk, which will reveal a hidden ladder.

Climb the ladder to access a hidden room, where you can collect the following items:

  • Scoundrel Belt:
    • Increases the carrying capacity for Bacta Vials and grenades.
    • Speeds up the recharge time for the Stun Shot.
    • Full set bonus (3/3): Significantly extends the super cooling window; the first shot after super cooling inflicts double damage.
  • Collectible: Jet Kordo’s Legacy Part 2
  • Dataslate: Emergency Miyuki Caches – This reveals that the Holotracker can also help locate Miyuki Trade League caches.

Additional Uses for the Holotracker and Continuing Jet Kordo’s Legacy Quest

Before you leave the vault area, take a moment to check your map for the Smuggler’s Cache icon. You’ll find this container just above the vault entrance, accessible by climbing the rock walls near one of the exits. Keep in mind that the Star Wars Outlaws Holotracker gadget will emit a beeping sound whenever a Smuggler’s Cache is nearby, helping you locate hidden treasures.

To continue the Jet Kordo’s Legacy quest, you’ll need to travel to other planets in the system. On these planets, you’ll collect additional holodisks that will guide you to new landmarks and points of interest.

That wraps up our guide for the Jet Kordo’s Legacy quest in Star Wars Outlaws. We hope this scavenger hunt keeps you intrigued as you explore the galaxy’s many wonders.
